CHEST (A)
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
WAIST (B)
Wrap the measuring tape around your torso at the smallest part of your waist, typically 2.5 cm above your belly button (natural waistline).
HIPS (C)
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of the seat.
