RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not happy with an item? We understand things may not fit the way you want them to or that jersey just does not go with your new bike, so we are happy to help. Ascender Cycling Club will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items of kit, accessories (including socks and caps) and equipment if it is returned to us within 30 days of receipt - the product must also be in its original packaging when returned by post.

If you would like to exchange the item, we can send out your new product once receiving your original product. If in the event you are met with issues of defect within 30 days of receipt and it is a manufacturing fault, we will accept the return and issue you a full or partial refund or provide a like for like item.

To return your product, you should mail it to:

1) Return an Item for refund
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2) Return an item for exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will cover the shipping costs of the new exchanged item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 Swiss francs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products will only be accepted for a refund or exchange in the event that the product is returned in a resalable condition (unworn and unwashed).
